Winter morning view of the St. Paul skyline, including the red 1st sign. A couple of bridges and snowy landscape are barely visible in the mid-ground. A bench, fence, and street lamp, in the foreground let the viewer feel like they are standing in Mounds Park. (Which I was when I painted this piece en plein air.)
