The viewer is standing on one hill, looking across at the other wooded hill in the springtime.  The trees are just thinking about leafing out, so the foliage is a delicate gray with hints of lime green.  The valley below is filled with barns, fields and angus cattle grazing in the pasture.  This painting is much longer than pictured.  It was cropped so that the focal point would be visible in the thumbnail.  Contact artist for full image.
